Our Leadership
Rasleen Kaur — Founder & CEO
Rasleen Kaur brings a powerful blend of education and technology expertise, with over 10+ years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, along with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
She previously served as the Head of Department (HOD) – Computers at a reputed international school in Delhi, where she played a key role in curriculum development, mentoring, and academic excellence. Her transition into digital marketing enables her to deliver learning experiences that are both structured and highly practical, simplifying complex concepts for students.
Rasleen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from PTU and a Postgraduate qualification in Computers from NIELIT, reinforcing her strong technical foundation.
In 2023, she co-founded Ad Grow Media, a performance marketing agency that currently manages an annual ad spend exceeding ₹12 crores. She actively oversees daily operations, including campaign execution, team leadership, and performance optimization.
Her vision is to create a learning environment where students gain real industry exposure and practical expertise from day one.
Jasdeep Singh — Co-Founder & Managing Director
Jasdeep Singh is a seasoned professional with over 20+ years of cross-industry experience spanning Banking, Automation, and FMCG, along with 10+ years of specialized expertise in Digital Marketing.
He holds a diploma in Marketing from IIT Delhi and has spent over 8 years at Google, where he worked in key roles such as Account Manager, Product Specialist, and Campaign Manager.
During his tenure at Google, Jasdeep collaborated with globally recognized brands including Facebook, Apple, Ford, General Motors, Walmart, Myntra, Flipkart, and Amazon, delivering high-impact strategies and measurable business growth.
In 2023, he founded Ad Grow Media, which has rapidly emerged as a strong player in the digital marketing industry. Under his leadership, the company manages business portfolios with a combined annual turnover exceeding ₹1000 crores.
His expertise lies in building scalable marketing strategies, performance-driven systems, and growth-focused campaigns.
